CHANHASSEN, MN - Joe Provinzino might have been labeled a stickler for detail when he decided he wanted the numbers on his go-kart to look nice, so he hand-painted them himself.
These days, nearly two decades after Provinzino founded Joe Provo Race Wear, people pay him to do the same to their race cars - and much more.
Provinzino still hand draws all his art work, whether it is intended to appear on a race car, an enclosed trailer or the front and back of a t-shirt proudly worn by a race fan. He specializes in t-shirts, race wraps, logo design, feature winner checks and embroidery.
Joe Provinzino doesn’t focus his efforts on any single class of race car and he does work for clients in a wide area, including Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, Florida and Alaska. He ships via UPS, Fed-Ex or the U.S. mail and he accepts payment by VISA or Mastercard.
Joe Provinzino said the main reason racers should give him a call for their graphics or apparel needs is, “Service, service, service. I give a great product that you don’t have to wait for.”
“I would just like to thank every one that gets products from us,” Provinzino said. “Oh, yeah, and my wife and two kids for putting up with the late nights.”
